Delivery / Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. Items will not ship until PayPal payment clears.
International Shipping
Please be aware of your customs policies. Customer is responsible for any duty, other fees or taxes. Shipping time can take 2-6 weeks.
Return / Exchange Policy
We accept returns for exchange only, unless the item is damaged then a refund can take place. Exchanges to Designs From Jess must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. All sales are final for special orders or custom orders. All products MUST be unworn and unwashed. Purchaser will pay full shipping rates as applicable for returns, and new shipping fees for exchanges as well as any balance if a new style is selected for exchange. Exchanged product will not ship until returned item is received.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Designs From Jess will offer refunds for the following instances:
- Defects in manufacturing of purchased products
- Items not delivered as ordered, i.e. a customer orders a Bossy Pants and gets a Cranky Pants
Refunds will not be offered for the following:
- Damage to products caused by the shipper
- Misuse of purchased items or using products beyond limits of recommended guidelines
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, you must do so right away to ensure, we at Designs From Jess can handle the processing before your item goes out for delivery.
